Pricing

1. Trangle Business Cloud

USD 18 per month, with local LKR billing currently starting at approximately LKR 6,000 per month. The current exchange rate, selected applications, specialised workflows, setup, migration, and custom development can affect the final LKR amount.

The standard platform includes the core business applications described on the Trangle Business Cloud page, with no per-user or per-app pricing for those included core applications. We confirm the exact recurring amount and any one-time work before payment.

2. Website services

Business websites, search and growth websites, e-commerce and booking sites, and connected customer portals are priced by written quotation in LKR. The price depends on the agreed pages, content work, catalogue or booking requirements, integrations, languages, migration, and launch support.

There is no automatic charge for requesting a quote. Before any payment, we provide a proposal or invoice showing the selected package, deliverables, total price, payment milestones, estimated timing, and any separate third-party costs. See the available website packages.

3. Custom software, AI and automation

Custom applications, workflow automation, AI features, portals, dashboards, and integrations are priced by written quotation after we understand the required workflow, users, data, connections, security, testing, and support responsibilities.

The accepted proposal or invoice is the definitive price for the agreed scope. Changes requested after acceptance are estimated and approved separately before we charge for them.

4. Care, maintenance and support

Website care, product support, developer retainers, hosting, and ongoing improvement work are quoted separately based on the systems covered, monitoring and backup responsibilities, included work allowance, and support period.

The recurring amount, billing frequency, included work, exclusions, and cancellation arrangement are shown in the written plan before payment or renewal.

5. Currency, taxes and third-party costs

Unless a page, proposal, or invoice states otherwise, custom services are quoted in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). A USD reference converted to LKR can change with exchange rates. Applicable taxes are identified where required.

Domains, hosting, paid software licences, advertising, SMS or email usage, payment-gateway charges, and other third-party services are separate unless expressly included in the written price.

6. Payment and confirmation

Where online payment is available, PayHere may process the payment using the methods it offers at checkout. Zenxian does not store your complete card number or card security code.

Do not pay a custom-service amount until the corresponding proposal or invoice identifies what the payment covers. A payment is confirmed after the payment provider reports it as successful and Zenxian issues or updates the relevant receipt, invoice, subscription, or project record.
