1. About these terms
This website is operated by ZENXIAN (PVT) LTD, trading as Zenxian, registered in Sri Lanka under company registration number PV 00363667. These terms apply to use of this website and enquiries made through it.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. A separate proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other written agreement governs any services we agree to provide to a client.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website, learn about our solutions, and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful activities or submit fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person or claim authority to act for a business without permission.
- Introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website’s security or availability.
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts the website or its services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
3. Content and ownership
The website’s branding, text, design, and other material belong to Zenxian or the respective owners who permit their use. Third-party names, logos, images, and other assets remain the property of their owners.
You may view the material and share links for personal or internal business evaluation. Republishing, selling, or presenting protected material as your own requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law allows the use.
These terms do not determine ownership of software, source code, designs, or other deliverables created for a client. Those rights are set out in the applicable client agreement.
4. Pricing, quotations, and orders
Website information describes our services and the kinds of solutions we can discuss. Illustrative dashboards, concept previews, sample data, and proposed workflows help explain an idea; they are not guarantees that every feature is available in a released product.
Published product pricing and the basis for pricing custom services are shown on our Pricing page. Service details, product features, availability, and indicative currency conversions may change, but a change does not alter a price already accepted in a written proposal, invoice, order, or subscription for its stated period.
A request for a quotation is not an order. An order or paid engagement is formed when we accept it in writing or make the purchased subscription or service available after successful payment. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable service, suspected fraud, or a legal or technical restriction; if we cancel after receiving payment, we will return the applicable amount.
5. Online payments
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or discussing an idea does not by itself create a paid engagement or require either party to proceed. A consultation request is subject to arranging a mutually suitable time.
Payments for Zenxian products or services may be made through PayHere or other approved payment methods. Before paid work begins, the relevant page, proposal, order, invoice, or agreement identifies the service, price, currency, and payment timing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for using a payment method they are authorised to use. All online payments are subject to authorisation and verification by the relevant payment service provider.
Zenxian reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel a transaction where payment is unsuccessful, incomplete, incorrect, or suspected to be fraudulent. A submitted payment is not confirmation that an order has been accepted; confirmation follows a successful payment status and our corresponding receipt, invoice, subscription, or project record.
Any refund related to an online payment will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the applicable service agreement, quotation, subscription, or service terms.
If these website terms conflict with a written client agreement concerning the agreed services, the client agreement takes priority for those services.
6. Materials you send
Send only information that you are entitled to share and that is relevant to your enquiry. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information and for having permission to share material belonging to other people or organisations.
You retain your rights in the material you send. We may use it to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and for any subsequently agreed work. Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership to us.
Please agree on any specific confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive business information. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. External links and services
The website may link to client websites, tools, or other external services. We do not control their content, operation, or terms. A link is provided for context or convenience and does not create a guarantee about that service.
When you use a third-party website or service, its own terms and privacy notice apply.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical reasons, or circumstances outside our control. General website information is not a substitute for a confirmed proposal or advice specific to your circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from using or being unable to use this informational website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement and applicable law.
9. Law, questions, and updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any right to seek a remedy through an appropriate court or authority.
We may revise these terms as the website or our services develop. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes do not alter an existing signed client agreement unless agreed through its applicable change process.
